When you click Edit in the first section of your profile under Personal Information, you will be directed to a form where you can update your details. In this section, you can edit the following:
Gender: Select or update your gender.
- Contact Information: Modify your email and phone number.
You also have additional settings:
- Enable Notifications: Choose whether or not to receive notifications related to the system.
- Two-Factor Authentication: You can set up two-factor authentication for an added layer of security on your account.
Once you’ve made the necessary changes, simply click Update Profile to save the updates, or click Cancel if you do not wish to make changes. This ensures that your personal and contact details remain up-to-date and accurate.
Here, you can modify the following information:
- Business Name: Update the name of your company or organization.
- Trade License Number: Enter or update the trade license number.
- Trade License Expiry Date: Modify the expiration date for the trade license.
- Trade License File: Upload or replace your trade license file by selecting the document from your device.
Additionally, you can update your Address and view or adjust the location using the interactive map. This feature helps ensure that your organization’s location is accurately reflected.
Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click Update Profile to save the updates, or click Cancel to discard changes. This allows you to keep all company-related details up-to-date for event management and compliance purposes.
